At Drykids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style isn't quite right. We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
